VISTORS RATES
$7.00 per person per day for 6 yrs of age and older. $14.00 to stay after 10 p.m.
HOLIDAY VISTORS RATES
$9.00 per person per day for 6 yrs of age and older. $18.00 to stay after 10 p.m.
PACKAGES
Depending on your site
Our Spring Package (April 17 to May 17, 2026) ranges from $320.00 to $562.00 (5 weekends)
Our June Package (May 29 to June 28, 2026) ranges from $400.00 to $624.00 (4 weekends)
Our Fall Package (September 11 to October 4, 2026) ranges from $300.00 to $468.00 (3 weekends)
All packages cover weekend camping and on-site storage during the week with the trailer unplugged. For $20.00 per week, you can leave your trailer plugged into the electricity.
2026 SEASONAL RATES
Our 6 month seasonal rates cover two parents and your children and/or grandchildren under 21 years of age. 30 amp sewer, water, and cable sites are $4200.00. 50 amp sewer, water, and cable sites are $4300.00. This includes a $200.00 deposit on the metered electricity.
Our 3 month (June 1 thru August 31) 30 amp full hookup seasonal sites are $3000.00. This includes a $100.00 deposit on the metered electric.
Trailers older than 10 years must be approved and have insurance for the current season.
REFUND POLICY
You will receive a full refund if we are notified at least one week prior to date of arrival. There will be NO REFUNDS for inclement weather.
