2018 SPECIAL WEEKENDS AT MOOSEMEADOW
April 29 – Open House. Come on out to Moosemeadow and join us for our Open House between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.to meet old and new friends. Cake, coffee and refreshments are on us.
May 11 – 13 – Mother’s Day Weekend. Mom enjoy a free wine, cheese & jewelry class with LINDA of GYPSY HEART JEWELRY – make a gift for mom
May 25 – 28 – Memorial Day Weekend. It’s the first holiday weekend of the 2018 camping season. Enjoy three full days of activities that includes children’s face painting by TERRI, Family Laser Tag, Family Bingo with $ prizes, Music provided by D.J. BLAST FROM THE PAST.
June 10 – Dubs in the Meadow Car Show. 1:00 – 5:00 pm. All makes are welcome. Music provided by MR. EXCITEMENT. Food and refreshments will be available at a cost from thr Lions Club.
June 8 – 10 Ice Cream Social. Enjoy free ice cream with the works.
June 15 – 17 – Father’s Day Weekend. Dad this is your day. Enjoy a full weekend of activities that includes a free Ham Supper -bring a dish of your favorite side to share. Mini- Golf, Make a gift for dad. Music provided by BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
June 22 – 24 – Bingo Weekend. Enjoy a full weekend of activities that include family Bingo on Friday night. Separate children and adult Bingo on Saturday. Cash & moosebucks for the winners. MR. EXCITEMENT.
June 29 – July 1 – Medium Weekend. MAURA will share her gift along with activities that include family laser tag. Music provided by D.J. PAULIE.
July 4 – Happy Birthday America. Bring a dish of your favorite dessert to share and enjoy a bonfire with music by D.J. BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
July 6 – 8 – Krissmoose Weekend. Everyone’s favorite friend, Santa with Mr. Moose, will arrive to take requests from the children, pick a stuffed moose from the tree and give out rides. Face painting by TERRI and an adult jewelry class with LINDA JO of GYPSY AT HEART JEWELRY, a scavenger hunt and $ prize for best decorated Krissmoose site. Music by D.J. PAULIE.
July 13 – 15 – Red Neck Weekend. Sharp shooter, donut thief, toilet seat horseshoes, hip trunk & red neck mugshots with music provided by Al’s band BACK AL BLUES.
July 20 – 22 – Magic Weekend. Enjoy a full weekend of activities that include a magic show by Tommy James. Music by MR. EXCITEMENT.
July 27 – 29 – Mentalist Weekend. KEITH ZALINGER will read your mind with his extra sensory performance. Music by MR. EXCITEMENT.
August 3 -5 – Horseshoe Tournament Weekend. Enjoy a full weekend of activities that includes two Adult Horseshoe Tourneys – $ prizes- with a separate Children’s Tourney. Music provided by D.J BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
August 10 – 12 – Curious Creatures. Come to learn and touch about animals from around the world. Music provided by D.J BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
August 17 – 19 – Magic Weekend. Enjoy a full weekend of activities that include a new magic show by Tommy James and music by MISS FORTUNE.
August 24 – 26 – Potluck Weekend. Everybody bring a favorite dish. Moosemeadow will provide the ham. D.J. BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
August 31 – September 3- Labor Day Weekend. Join us for the last big holiday of the 2018 camping season. Enjoy three full days of activities that includes family laser tag, children’s face painting by TERRI. Family Bingo with $ prizes along with D.J. GHOST ENTERTAINMENT.
September 8 – Flea Market Weekend. If you like flea markets come attend the town of Willington’s flea market at the town square.
October 5 – 8 – Halloween Weekend. it’s time again for a spooky, haunted camping
trip with trick and treats for all. Activities include Family Laser Tag, Family Bingo with $ prizes, a Family Scavenger Hunt, cash prizes for best decorated site, costume and pet. Haunted Woods- if you dare. Music by D.J. BLAST FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENT.
